On January 14, 2008, at the age of 17,
Markwell Bstar E Raven was laid to rest.  Healthy to the end, the Remarkable Raven will always be remembered as the Queen of Markwell.  Recognized for her brood-cow status, her genetics are among the most sought after around the world.  We were blessed to have a cow who made such a positive impact on the Holstein breed.  Her presence will truly be missed but, her legacy will live on forever.  We wish each of you who have purchased a Raven the best of success in helping her tremendous family grow.
